We reserve the right to adjust the pricing if the pickup location / stairs / other access issues are present or not chosen properly during checkout.
If appliances were not picked up for any reason on day of service due to customer error, reschedule fee is $25. Cancellations must be made prior to a 24 hour period of service or there are no refunds.
No Cancellations on Drop offs if one week old but may still bring in for drop off. Out of area orders subject to $30 cancellation fee!
